Pelican Cottage is spacious and comfortable with contemporary kitchen and bathroom, the timber floors reflect the afternoon light in the north facing garden. The two bedroom cottage sleeps 4 people and the yard is fenced. Adequate parking for car and boat. 

American River is 4kms away with good restaurants, boat launching, Oyster Farm Shop and walking trails. The swimming beaches of Island Beach and surfing at Pennington Bay are minutes away. Conveniently located the Ferry terminal is 25 minutes drive to the East.
