Swans studio is set facing north over looking Pelican Lagoon with stunning views over the ocean. You can see all the way to American River and beyond to backstairs passage. It is secluded in amongst the Mallee trees overlooking our
garden and onto the waters of a Marine Sanctuary. Quiet and peaceful, this comfortable light and cosy studio is one room with a new kitchenette and private bathroom. The views from the studio and deck allow you to take in birds, sunrises and star filled night skies.

The studio is high set in the bush overlooking Pelican Lagoon. The floor is timber laminate and tiles. The studio is open plan with a separate bathroom. The new kitchenette allows you to cook and eat overlooking Pelican Lagoon. The deck provides a comfortable area to rest and bird watch while taking in one of the best views on Kangaroo Island.

Swans Studio is only 200 m from Pelican Cottage- so hiring both is a great option if you need more space.
